Shipping and Handling

Orders are shipped via USPS and expedited shipping is available for all non-custom orders. Custom orders can take up to two (2) weeks to ship.

Returns

If you’re unsatisfied with a product you purchased from Sly Fishing Outfitters, you can return your item(s) as follows: 

• Items purchased online can be returned online within 30 days of purchase

• Items returned will be credited to the original form of payment 

• Returned items must be unused and undamaged

One Year Warranty 

Our products are covered by a One-Year Warranty which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the first year following purchase. 

Email sales@slyfishingoutfitters.com with photos to submit a warranty claim. 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over an extended time and use.  Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
